Service
Level Guarantee
Our goal is to keep the network up so you can keep your mind on your
business. Riptide Hosting guarantees the network to be
available 99.9% of the time in any given month. Any additional
downtime qualifies the customer for a 5% of the monthly fee refund for each 30
minutes of network downtime. Network Downtime does not account for
services and software running on your server.
